FAQ

We try and Ship as quickly as possible but please always allow enough time if your purchase is for a gift. Our rule of thumb is 7 to 14 days on average but depending on what part of the world you are this time frame can be longer :)

Please bear in mind this is different than shipping time. This question refers to the time it takes from when the order is submitted until it is shipped. All our suppliers try and process any orders within 1 to 2 days prior to shipping. We try and process any orders as soon as possible to get your parcel to you as quick as possible. Please remember that different parts of the world can take longer than others but please email us if you have any queries:

Once your Order has been shipped (please remember it gets processed first) you will be supplied with a Tracking Number, if there are any issues with your Order and you cannot find the information you require please reach out to us so we can follow up for you.
